Sharing Documents is very good and helpfup when we want to share some specific or special data/images or videos to others. But some time we need to share pdf file not only as a icon or embed in a button with button or text we need to Embed pdf file as in open position i mean if you want to share a pdf document at your web page but you want that this pdf file will always show as open so that users can directly read this document without downloading then this techinque will be use by you which i am going to share with you.
Here i am using Google Docs to share a pdf file with always visibility because Google Docs enables us to embed any PDF document in our website or Blogger post. Here we need to upload our PDF file to Google Docs and update the visibility options. We know that our PDF includes File tools to produce the HTML embed code of the URL address needed for our post. This HTML embed code copied from Google Docs to our Post window will display the PDF content on our published post to our viewers.
Steps involved in this whole process are given below;
Open the Google Docs website (Click Here), and then sign in with your Google Account to open your Drive page and after that upload your desired pdf file which you want to share.
After Uploading select the desired file and click to share to open the Sharing Settings window, and then click on Change to open the Visibility Options section. Select the radio button for "Public on the Web" and then click "Save" and then click "Done".
Click on the uplaoded PDF file to open it. Then Click the "File" tab on the PDF ribbon, and then select "Embed This PDF File" to open the window with the HTML code.>
Now goto your blogger or website panel and open existing post or new post (where you want to embed it) and click on HTML Tab .
Select and Copy the embed code which is created in step 3 and paste it into the post where you want to show it.
After pasting the pdf file embed code click on Publish button to publish this post. That's it we have done this
